We recently had our roof and gutters replaced, searching for the right contractor for such a job was a real challenge. We are new to New Jersey and had no knowledge of who to hire, after much research and a few bids we found the McCollums by looking at yelp reviews. Our experience with them was so fantastic I can honestly say they are the best of the best, it was such an easy and clear process dealign with them, they exceeded our expectations, the job was done ahead of schedule and completed in just 2 days, a very clean work crew that took care of our garden and left it just as it was if not cleaner Bobby was on the job the whole time a very hands on kind of person that is rarely seen nowadays. I greatly recommend the McCollums to anyone that is in need of their services. Very professional, personal, knowledgeable and best of all the price was right. Our home looks fantastic, thank you for doing such a great job.

Bobby and his helper installed 2 skylights for me and did an awesome job. I got estimates from other roofers and McCollum’s prices were better. They also removed a vent and patched the roof that wasn’t being used for no charge… Without any questions..

McCollum roofing will do all my siding,windows,and roofing in the future. After calling 5 different companies and setting up appointments, 2 never showed up ,and 2 came when I wasn’t even home. Bobby and Debbie set an appointment with me and were there right on time. Gave the entire job a thorough look and produced a proposal. Their proposal was slightly higher than the other 2 I received but that was because they saw the entire job up front which prevented any surprise or hidden charges. They arrived on time when they said they would start and completed the job in the time they quoted. There was a couple of minor issues that Bobby took care of when doing the job without any hesitation or price haggling. at the end of each day my property was as clean if not cleaner than when they arrived. When the job was complete and Bobby pulled away noone could even tell I had Just had a new roof put on!!!!This is an upstanding , fully professional company that I would recomend to anyone, If you want a quality job at a fair market price this is the company to use. Very personable and extremely attentive to details.

Friendly, professional, easy to work with. The work was done in a timely fashion. The snow made it tough this year, but we were kept in the loop about a weather delay. I never felt forgotten or lost in the shuffle. Work was completed quickly and the clean up made it look like they were never there. Great service!
Bobby McCollum and McCollum Roofing and Siding took on our complex project with enthusiasm and total professionalism. Having previously put a new roof on our home which subsequently leaked and leaked and leaked, our old roofer did nothing to truly fix the problem. Bobby and his team took on this problem and fixed it! Not only does our roof work beautifully now, even with this cold weather and extreme icing, we continue to be dry and leak-free. Bobby walked us through the process and stayed on the job through completion. He took pictures before and after and made sure we were comfortable every step of the way. I/we wholeheartedly recommend this company and will never use another roofer again. McCollum Roofing really took great care of us AND our home.
While I have homes in Beverly Hills and the east coast where I had serious water leak in the winter of 2013 that damaged my new bathroom’s ceiling and walls due to my absence. Thus during this winter, I am staying in the east coast to be vigilant guarding our home against the elements. Three weeks ago, I had the roof of our big house (4800 sq ft) at Short Hills cleared of major ice built up. We also needed a water diverter to keep away the melting ice running down our cedar siding. Bobby McCullum, the owner’s son, came immediately even in the subzero weather, spent hours working on our roof, and helped us avert major damages during this record cold February.
I have had the opportunity to observe Bobby’s professional skills as well as interpersonal style. He is consistently pleasant and tackle the job with dedication. As a result, I have requested routine roof maintenance services with this company.
I have dealt with services and contractors all these years maintaining my houses, it’s hard to get good, reliable workers. Once I have found good ones, I would like to keep them on my service list and treat them with respect and appreciation.
